It was so much fun talking with @themichaelkushner on his podcast @dearmultihyphenate . We all know working in the arts requires so many different skills, interests, and life experiences. These are only some of the things that make us multi-hyphenates. Can’t wait for you to listen to the podcast! Available on all streaming services!

🚨NEW EPISODE🚨 Casting directors are often seen as gatekeepers to opportunities in the industry – but does the multi-hyphenate approach help them? The answer is yes.⠀

We’ve all had audition horror stories – and whether or not it’s the casting directors' fault or our own, it’s never too late to live and learn. And as always, knowing yourself as a multi-hyphenate often is the answer to avoid those icky situations.⠀

Join one of New York’s leading casting directors Stephanie Klapper as she breaks down and opens up about the casting director process. Though casting directors seem like distant people sitting behind tables, we have to remember they are human beings in search of connection, just as the actor is.⠀

A quote from @stephanieklappercasting in ep. 132. As a #castingdirector Stephanie looks far beyond just the skill that an actor brings into the room. She's looking at the whole person and how much they can bring to the team as well as the role! The more you build that relationship, the more she can trust that you are the right artists for the project.
