⭐️ A STAR. ⭐️ Earlier this month, Dana was recognized as Publishers Weekly Star Honoree. 🎉 We always knew she was a star but it doesn’t hurt to see it in print. 😉

Over the years, you may have spotted Detective Dana on socials, emailed with Dana through our influencer program, watched her chat about books in virtual events, or been able to laugh with her at an in-person event. We love her energy, swag, creativity, willingness to be collaborative, and thoughtfulness. Her love of historical romance and plushies! And then there’s the behind-the-scenes work: cooking up creative preorder campaigns and rolling them out, lending feedback on new editorial projects, mentoring colleagues, the Forever poll taker, advocating hard for her authors… this list is endless.

It’s impossible to point out all of Dana’s achievements in the past few years but here are a few standouts: taking part in the very first State of Publishing panel at Steamy Lit Con in 2023, reimagining and relaunching Forever’s reviewer program, spearheading year-long initiatives for Asian Joy and Latinx Joy, emceeing the in-person cover reveal for Second First Dates by Gabriella Gamez, and the various 30-day TikTok challenges.

Dana, we are so happy for you! You are amazing and we are so thrilled to work with you every day. (And not just because you have a great supply of candy.) 💖
