Womp Seattle-based DJ and music producer. womp is Quin Thompson, a NYC-based EDM DJ and producer.

Ranging anywhere from Electro House to Drum and Bass, his cross-genre style is defined only by the energy it brings to the dance floor. After discovering a love for electronic music in his early 20’s, Thompson started DJing for his friends in the garage of his Seattle townhouse. NYC—it’s not goodbye, it’s see ya later 🥹

So grateful for all the incredible people I’ve met during my time in New York, and SO stoked for the next chapter of the womp project in Seattle 💜

New York City—this is where it all started happening for me, and I will always call this city home. A special thanks to a few people who have helped me along the way in this chapter:

for helping me hone my skills. and for pushing me while I was there. .taylor and .music for meeting up and giving me advice when I had NO idea what I was doing (still don’t). The .nyc and .bass crew for all the magic we made together. for having me out for my biggest shows. for all the great sessions. .bronze.sun, my partner in crime; without you I’d truly be nowhere.
